One of my favorite things to do is help teams unlock their creativity in service of their customers. I facilitate design sprints, ideation workshops and team effectiveness programs.

I offer individual coaching at all levels. I'm particularly passionate about working with new leaders, working parents and anyone who wants to increase their leadership effectiveness.
